Join us in a community effort to bring food justice to Chattanooga. Our goal is simple, free food!

About

We are a collective group of gardeners, enthusiasts, and volunteers working together to bring free food to those who need it most. Our mission is to turn yards into gardens for free using recycled, upcycled, and other sources of free materials and seeds. We are working hard to bring food justice to Chattanooga.

Project

Currently we are creating our demonstration yards to show and create different styles of urban farming. With each demonstration yard, you will see styles such as permaculture design, wicking beds, raised beds, HugelKultur, and many more.

Would you like to donate to our cause? We accecpt all materials that help us be successful in building free gardens. Tools, soil, seeds, and other materials of the like will be accepted! If you would like to make a cash donation to The Free Garden Community Project you can do that too. All donations will be accepted with lots of love and gratitude!
